Trauma Psychologist and meditation teacher
Bibi Schonau is offering an in person event for those that have learned the 1 Giant Mind meditation technique to come together to connect and meditate together. |
We're inviting you to a day of yoga, meditation and breath work to rest and rejuvenate.
Coming together to meditate for the day has a profound effect on your nervous system - our meditations will be deeper and the stress release will be exponentially more thorough, releasing chronic stress and fatigue. This will cause greater awareness and connection to your self and will support you becoming more established in Being, the experience of your self. We will refresh and review the 1 Giant Mind Being meditation technique and discuss experiences and questions related to this. Lunch will be provided and there will be plenty of opportunity to connect with fellow meditators during the day. We will discuss trauma and stress to gain a deeper understanding of the impact of stressful experiences on our sense of self and how to work with this and through this. We might go for a walk after lunch if the weather permits. Who is this day for? The day is suitable for anyone having learned the 1 Giant Mind Meditation technique (or VM or TM) who is interested in deepening their practice and connecting with fellow meditators. If you have lapsed your practice you are very welcome to join too. If you haven't taken the course yet but would like to attend please get in touch to get you onto a course. |
When
Friday 4th of July 10-4 pm. Where The day will take place at gallery Kupfer in Hackney Wick. Cost
Cost for the day (including a simple vegetarian lunch) is £75. After the day The day will be an immersive experience and might uproot some stress, trauma or fatigue. This is the intention of the day and it will leave you feeling clearer and more connected to yourself and your intuition. The advice is to take it easy for a couple of days after the retreat day to allow for maximum benefit of the day. This means: on the following two or so days don't plan too much activity, eat light and healthy, respect your bed times and stay off or low on the alcohol and caffeine. More information/ sign up:
