Bibi Schonau is offering an in person event for those that have learned the 1 Giant Mind meditation technique to come together to connect and meditate together. |
Programme
The intention for the day is to connect and reflect, to learn new skills, to release stress and meet fellow meditators. During the day Bibi will teach a yoga sequence which you can practice at home to accelerate your meditation practice. We will do several rounds of this sequence (yoga, breath exercise, meditation, rest) which will release stress and trauma out of the nervous system. We will refresh and review the 1 Giant Mind Being meditation technique and discuss experiences and questions related to this. We will discuss trauma and stress to gain a deeper understanding of the impact of stressful experiences on our sense of self and how to work with this and through this. Lunch will be provided and there will be plenty of opportunity to connect with fellow meditators during the day. We might go for a walk after lunch if the weather permits. Outcomes

Who is this day for?
The day is suitable for anyone having learned the 1 Giant Mind Meditation technique who is interested in deepening their practice and connecting with fellow meditators. When Friday 20th of September 10-4 pm. Where The day will take place at the Hackney Forge hackneyforge.co.uk Victoria Park Road, E9 7HD Bus: 26 and 388 The whole day is priced at £75, which will include a light vegetarian lunch. There is a maximum capacity of 8 people for the day. |
