Limits of the Service The Therapy Practice London is a private outpatient service and is not an emergency or crisis service. It cannot provide urgent risk management, 24-hour support or emergency mental health care. If you are in immediate danger, feel unable to keep yourself safe, or require urgent medical or psychiatric help, you should contact your GP, NHS 111, your local crisis team, attend A&E, or call 999 in an emergency. Neuropsychological input may not be suitable where there is a level of risk, complexity or need that requires a multidisciplinary crisis service, inpatient care, intensive community mental health input or specialist medical management. Driving and Safety In some circumstances, assessment findings or clinical information may raise questions about driving safety. If this occurs, this will be discussed with you sensitively.
