I'm so looking forward to practising the Siddhis together.
As you know, the Siddhi program is a powerful technique creating increased coherence, stress release and purification. Practising this technique in a group multiplies the effect and is a very gratifying experience. We will have an informal day together of practising a few Siddhi rounds: yoga, pranayama, meditation and sutra's. Who is this day for? This day is only suitable for those having learned the Siddhi program from a TM or Vedic initiator. If you have lapsed your practice you are very welcome to join too.
When Sunday 7th of June 2026 10-4 pm. Where We are spending the day in Prideaux House in Hackney, close to Victoria Park and the green Common. Prideaux House 10 Church Crescent London, E9 7DL Bus stops 425 and 277, closest tube is Mile End and Bethnal Green. If you come by car: parking is free on Sunday in the area. You can also reserve a space via Your Parking Space. |
Lunch will be a light home made vegetarian meal. There will be fruit and snacks during the day.

I would love for as many people to attend as possible. If the costs is keeping you from attending please contact me. What to bring? I have some foam for those that move during the practice, but not a lot. If you have some foam, please bring it. I will provide meditation chairs and yoga mats but please feel free to bring your own if you prefer. After the day The day will be an immersive experience and might uproot some stress, trauma or fatigue. This is the intention of the day and it will leave you feeling clearer and more connected to yourself and your intuition/ your true Self. The advice is to take it easy for a couple of days after the retreat day to allow for maximum benefit of the day. This means: on the following two or so days don't plan too much activity, eat light and healthy, respect your bed times and stay off or low on alcohol and caffeine. |
