Learn to meditate at The Therapy Practice London

At The Therapy Practice London we offer meditation courses for people who want to learn an easy and effective meditation technique to support their wellbeing.

The ‘1 Giant Mind 3-Day Learn Meditation course’ teaches you a technique which can be done anywhere and is perfect for people with busy lives who want to learn to take charge in looking after their mental health.

The technique requires no focus or control, is simple, effortless and for people who feel they have too many thoughts to meditate.

It is particularly suitable for people who experience anxiety, stress or are recovering from trauma, or people wanting to become an agent of their wellbeing

The technique promotes the integration of stress and trauma in a gentle and natural way. Practicing this technique regularly therefore greatly supports wellbeing.

- increased ability to self regulate emotions
- more clarity and focus

The ‘3-day Learn Meditation Course’ consist of 3x90 minutes sessions on consecutive days.

The course is currently taught on Zoom.


Your teachers
Paul Glinn is a passionate long term meditator and accredited 1 Giant Mind meditation teacher. He continues to educate himself about meditation and has engaged in numerous activities that have deepened his knowledge and understanding of this technique.

Previously an Architect, Paul has left busy London life behind and now enjoys a calmer lifestyle in Wales.

Bibi Schonau is a meditation teacher, Psychologist and trauma therapist, and witnesses the immense power of this simple technique every day in herself, her clients and her students.

Day 1: Saturday 11/2, 10 am
Day 2: Sunday 12/2, 10 am
Day 3: Monday 13/2, 6.30 pm

March '23

weekend course  - taught by Paul

Day 1: Saturday 18/3, 10 am
Day 2: Sunday 19/3, 10 am
Day 3: Monday 20/3, 6.30 pm

week lunchtime course  - taught by Bibi

Day 1: Tuesday 21/3, 12 noon 
Day 2: Wednesday 22/3, 12 noon
Day 3: Thursday 24/3, 12 noon

Course fee: £150

After learning you can retake the course as often as you like (depending on availability).

After learning - Free group meditations
After learning you’ll have free access to regular group meditations where you’ll be able to ask questions, get back on track and connect with fellow meditators. 

Paul's group meditations take place fortnightly on Sunday at 5 pm.
Bibi's group meditations take place weekly on Monday at 1 pm.
