Vedic Meditation is an ancient practice from the North of India rooted in the Vedic Wisdom Tradition.
This course is expansive and is only taught face to face over 4 consecutive sessions. The technique is simple and effortless. It doesn't require the mind to be quiet or to maintain focussed. This makes it generally an easy experience which we naturally will want to go back to. Once you've practiced this for a short while you'll notice how your mind and nervous system will start to crave the natural release of stress that it provides. It means we experience ourselves in a new, more expansive way. Our sense of self and our role in the world becomes clearer, without having to think or ruminate about it. Our intuition becomes stronger and we experience ourselves becoming more capable and less restricted by stress, doubt and fear. Ultimately this technique is a homecoming to our deepest Self. The first session of the course is an individual session in which you receive your personal mantra Session 2, 3 and 4 contain teaching about the technique and more deeper explorations of consciousness, the nature of reality and the role of meditation in expanding consciousness to gain a deeper sense of knowing the Self. This course is for people who want to take a deep dive into meditation, who are open to exploring their spiritual path, the nature of reality and understanding themselves from a deeper spiritual perspective. We offer the online, 3 day '1 Giant Mind Meditation Technique' which teaches you a technique which can be done anywhere and is perfect for people with busy lives who want to learn to take charge in looking after their mental health.
The technique requires no focus or control, is simple, effortless and for people who feel they have too many thoughts to meditate. It is particularly suitable for people who experience anxiety, stress or are recovering from trauma, or people wanting to become an agent of their wellbeing The technique promotes the integration of stress and trauma in a gentle and natural way. Practicing this technique regularly therefore greatly supports wellbeing.
