At The Therapy Practice London we offer meditation courses for people who want to learn an easy and effective meditation technique to support their wellbeing. We offer the online, 3 day '1 Giant Mind Meditation Technique' and the in person 4 day 'Vedic Meditation' courses.
The ‘1 Giant Mind 3-Day Learn Meditation course’ teaches you a technique which can be done anywhere and is perfect for people with busy lives who want to learn to take charge in looking after their mental health. The technique requires no focus or control, is simple, effortless and for people who feel they have too many thoughts to meditate. It is particularly suitable for people who experience anxiety, stress or are recovering from trauma, or people wanting to become an agent of their wellbeing The technique promotes the integration of stress and trauma in a gentle and natural way. Practicing this technique regularly therefore greatly supports wellbeing. Commonly reported benefits: - reduction of stress and anxiety - increased energy and vitality - increased ability to self regulate emotions - more clarity and focus The ‘3-day Learn Meditation Course’ consist of 3x90 minutes sessions on consecutive days. The course is currently taught on Zoom. 1 Giant Mind Course fee: Group Course £225 Individual Course £399 After learning you can retake the course as often as you like for free (depending on availability). |
